1. Introduction
Mortgage 360 View is educational mortgage software and a financial publishing platform operated by Mortgage 360 View. These Terms apply to the website, the calculators, the guides, any reports we generate and any related software we make available.
You can reach us at our contact page for legal notices, at our contact page for support, and by mail at the mailing address listed on our contact page.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By using Mortgage 360 View you accept these Terms. Where we later offer accounts, paid reports, subscriptions or professional accounts, we will ask you to accept these Terms by an affirmative action at that point, and we will record the version you accepted. We do not treat a footer link alone as acceptance for accounts or paid services.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the platform.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement.
- You must use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with other users.
4. Nature of the service
Mortgage 360 View provides:
- Educational information about mortgages, taxes and financing strategy
- Calculations you direct by entering your own assumptions
- Comparisons of scenarios and of lender offers you enter yourself
- General financial modelling and analytical reports
- Published mortgage-market content and benchmark rate information
Mortgage 360 View does not:
- Lend money or commit anyone to lend
- Broker mortgages or originate mortgage loans
- Accept mortgage applications, make credit decisions or issue approvals, prequalifications or preapprovals
- Guarantee, lock or negotiate rates or loan terms
- Determine your eligibility for any loan program
- Provide individualised tax, legal, accounting or investment advice
5. Calculator limitations
Calculator output is an estimate produced from the information you enter. Results depend on:
- The inputs and assumptions you choose
- The mathematical assumptions and rounding described on our methodology page
- Payment timing and accrual conventions
- Tax assumptions, including filing status, income and itemisation
- Investment-return assumptions, which are hypothetical
- Lender-specific practices, fees and pricing
- Mortgage-insurance rules and cancellation terms
- Servicer calculation and payment-posting methods
- Recast eligibility and program requirements
- Future market, rate and property-value conditions, which are unknown
Results are not lender disclosures. Verify all terms through an official Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure, promissory note and communications from a licensed mortgage professional.
6. Your responsibilities
- Enter accurate assumptions and lender quotes.
- Review official lender documents before acting.
- Verify rates, points, credits and fees with the lender that offered them.
- Consult qualified tax, legal, investment and mortgage professionals for your own situation.
- Keep any credentials you are issued secure.
- Do not upload or send prohibited information, including Social Security numbers, full account numbers or credentials.
7. Accounts
Accounts are not offered at this time. When accounts become available, the following will apply: you are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your password confidential; you must notify us promptly of unauthorised access; we may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms or suspected misuse; you will be able to export your data and request deletion of your account; and we may close accounts that stay inactive for an extended period after notifying you.
8. Payments and subscriptions
Paid subscriptions and paid reports are not offered at this time. If and when they are offered, the price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method and refund terms will be presented before you pay, and the separate Subscription Terms and Refund Policy will apply.
- Prices will be shown in United States dollars and may exclude applicable taxes.
- Any automatically renewing plan will state the renewal price, renewal interval and how to cancel before you agree to it.
- Cancellation will be available online without contacting support.
- Failed payments may suspend access until payment succeeds.
- Plan changes, promotional pricing, free trials and access after cancellation will be described at the point of purchase.
9. Intellectual property
The application code, calculation methodology, articles, graphics, charts, report layouts, logos and the compilation of content on this site are owned by Mortgage 360 View or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
- You may view, print and download material for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- You may not scrape, crawl for bulk extraction, republish, resell, sublicense or redistribute the content or reports.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the calculation engines except to the extent that restriction is unenforceable by law.
- You may not remove or alter any disclaimer, attribution or disclosure we include.
10. Your content
You keep ownership of the assumptions, notes and lender offers you enter. You grant us the limited licence needed to process that content in order to run the calculation, produce the report and provide support you request.
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, misleading or offensive content.
- Do not submit other people's personal information without authority.
- Document upload is not enabled at this time. If it is enabled later, retention limits and deletion controls will be published before launch.
- We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
11. Third-party services and content
Benchmark rate data, links, advertisements and any third-party services are provided by separate parties on their own terms. Mortgage 360 View does not control those parties, their pricing or their disclosures, and does not endorse any lender through the presence of a link. Review each provider's own terms, privacy notice and mortgage disclosures.
12. Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without limiting any rights you have that cannot be waived, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that content or calculations will be accurate or complete, that any saving, rate, tax outcome or investment return will be achieved, or that future rates or market conditions will match any assumption used in a model.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mortgage 360 View will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunity, arising out of your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for direct damages relating to the platform is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred United States dollars.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, and nothing asks you to waive statutory rights that cannot legally be waived. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Disputes and governing law
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at our contact page and give us thirty days to resolve the matter informally. Most concerns are resolved this way.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the operator is organised, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Proceedings will be brought in the courts of the governing-law state, and both parties consent to that venue, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
15. Changes to these Terms
We keep a version history of these Terms, and each published version records its version number and effective date. If we make a material change, we will post notice on the site and, where legally appropriate, ask you to accept the new version before continuing to use affected features.
