Subscriptions
- Cancel within 14 days of a first subscription charge and we will refund it in full.
- After 14 days, cancellation stops future renewals; the current period is generally not refunded.
- If an annual plan renews and you tell us within 14 days that you did not intend to renew, we will refund that renewal.
- Billing errors and duplicate charges are always refunded in full.
One-off reports
A report is delivered immediately, so it is generally non-refundable once generated. We will still refund it where the report failed to generate, was materially wrong because of a defect on our side, or was charged in error.
What a refund does not cover
Results are educational estimates that depend on assumptions you choose. A different outcome from a lender, a rate change, a tax result or an investment result is not a defect and is not a basis for a refund. Where we make a calculation error, we correct it, publish the correction and refund any report affected by it.
How to request a refund
Email our contact page with the charge date and the amount. We acknowledge within two business days and decide within ten. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank. Statutory rights that cannot be waived are unaffected by this policy.
