Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Mortgage 360 View handles personal information on https://mortgage360view.com. We designed the platform to collect as little as possible: the assumptions you type into a calculator stay in your own browser unless you choose to send them to us.

Categories of personal information collected today.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information. Calculator inputs such as income assumptions are stored locally in your browser to keep your work between pages; they are not transmitted to us for storage.

3. Where the information comes from

  • Directly from you, when you type assumptions, contact us, or submit a correction, complaint or privacy request
  • Automatically from your device and browser when you load a page, including request logs kept by Lovable Cloud
  • From your browser's privacy signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where your browser sends one

4. Why we use it

  • To run the calculations and produce the comparisons you request
  • To publish and improve educational content and the calculation engines
  • To respond to your messages, corrections, complaints and privacy requests
  • To keep the platform secure, detect abuse and diagnose errors
  • To record and honour your consent and opt-out choices
  • To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims

5. Sale, sharing and targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, we do not run targeted advertising, and we do not conduct profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not send your information to a lender automatically; that would only happen after an express action by you, with disclosure at that point.

6. Who may receive information

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers, currently Lovable Cloud
  • Authentication providers, if and when accounts are enabled
  • Payment processors, if and when paid plans are enabled; card data goes directly to the processor
  • Email delivery providers, for messages you ask us to send
  • Analytics providers, only where you have allowed analytics cookies
  • Customer-support tooling used to answer your message
  • Legal, accounting and other professional advisers, under confidentiality
  • Advertising partners, only if advertising is introduced and disclosed
  • Lenders or brokers, only after an express action by you and with notice at that time
  • Government authorities, regulators or courts where we are legally required to disclose

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use 5 cookie categories: strictly necessary, functional, analytics, advertising, personalization. Only strictly necessary storage operates before you make a choice. Optional analytics, advertising and personalization technologies are not loaded until you allow them, and we honour applicable browser opt-out signals.

Our current inventory contains 3 first-party storage entries and no third-party trackers. The full list, with purposes and durations, is on our Cookie Policy page, where you can also change your choices at any time.

8. How long we keep information

  • Consent and preference records: 13 months from the last update, so we can evidence your choice
  • Correspondence, corrections, complaints and privacy requests: for as long as needed to resolve the matter and to evidence our response, then deleted or de-identified
  • Technical logs: a limited operational period set by our hosting provider
  • Calculator inputs stored in your browser: until you clear them or clear site data

Where we must keep information to meet a legal obligation or to defend a claim, we keep only what is necessary for that purpose.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold and access a copy
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete personal information
  • Obtain a portable copy of information you provided
  • Opt out of the sale of personal information
  • Opt out of targeted advertising
  • Opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions with legal or similarly significant effects
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information where applicable
  • Appeal a decision if we deny your request

Submit a request on our Privacy Choices page or by emailing our contact page. You do not need an account to make a request. We will verify requests in a way that does not expose anyone else's information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising a right. An authorised agent may submit a request with proof of authority.

10. Security

We use encryption in transit, hardened hosting, least-privilege access, audit logging for administrative actions and data-minimisation defaults. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, and we do not claim that ours is. Our Security page describes the controls in place and how to report a vulnerability.

11. Children

The platform is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Any account we offer in future will require users to be at least 18. If you believe a child has provided information, contact our contact page and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

Each version of this policy carries a version number, effective date and last-updated date. Material changes are announced on the site, and where required we will obtain fresh consent before applying a change to information already collected.
