Subscription Terms

Any checkout will show all material terms next to the payment button, not behind a link:

• The exact price, currency and any taxes or fees
• What is included and what is not
• The billing interval and the first charge date
• Whether the plan renews automatically, at what price and on what date
• The trial length, what happens when it ends, and the amount that will be charged
• How to cancel, in one sentence, before you agree
• The refund terms that apply

Consent to automatic renewal will be a separate, unchecked affirmative action. Marketing consent will always be separate from purchase consent and never a condition of buying.

• Renewal price and date are shown at purchase and in your billing history.
• We send a renewal reminder before an annual plan renews.
• A price change is announced in advance and takes effect only at a renewal you can cancel first.

• You can cancel online, in the same place you subscribed, without emailing or calling anyone.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the refund policy provides otherwise.
• We send a written cancellation confirmation with the effective date.
• We do not add retention steps you cannot skip, and we do not require a phone call to cancel.

• If a payment fails we will notify you and may suspend paid features until it succeeds.
• Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
• Promotional pricing states its duration and the price that follows it.

Free calculators and published guides remain available. Reports you already generated remain downloadable for the period stated at purchase, and you will be able to export your saved data before access ends.
